Welcome to Mudaber Ghost. By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

• Exclusive Rights: Purchasing an exclusive track transfers 100% of the rights to the buyer. The original artist gives up all claims to the track.
• Non-Exclusive Rights: Tracks purchased under non-exclusive or sync licenses remain the property of the original artist. You are granted permission to use the track under specific terms.
• Ghost Production: Artists selling ghost produced tracks agree that they will not use, sell, or claim ownership of the track after an exclusive sale.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Buyers agree not to resell non-exclusive tracks as their own original work on other marketplaces.
• Artists must only upload original work. Any use of uncleared samples is strictly prohibited.

• All payments are processed securely.
• Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate purchase).
• Artist payouts are processed according to our payout schedule and may require identity verification.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
