After successful payment, you can download your purchased music from your account dashboard.

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason. However, refunds are not available for digital products that have been downloaded. To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details.

We support high-quality audio formats including WAV, FLAC, and MP3 (320kbps). When purchasing, you can typically choose your preferred format depending on the options provided by the artist.

After purchasing music, you can download it from your "My Library" section. Go to your account dashboard, click on "My Library", and you'll find all your purchased tracks available for download in your preferred format.

Yes, we provide 30-60 second previews of all tracks available on our platform. You can listen to these previews before making a purchase decision.
